INFORMATIVE NOTE on PRIVACY in compliance with Art. 13 of the Code covering Protection of Personal Data (Leg. Dec. No. 196/2003)
Under the terms of Leg. Dec. No 196/2003, we provide herewith the information relative to the use of Personal Data acquired in the course of any contractual relationship with you and those which may be undertaken in the future. The use of information relating to yourself/selves shall be governed by principles of professional conduct, legality, transparence and the protection of your privacy and your Rights.

PURPOSE AND METHOD OF PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT
Personal data are treated by means of manual equipment, informatics and telemetric instruments using logical systems strictly correlated for the purposes indicated below and in any case in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of such data.
Personal Data relating to your Person / your Company will be used by AKIRA in order to fulfil its contractual obligations, provide services, send documents, process data, for management purposes, statistics and in order to comply with Legal requirements.
Such data will also be treated for those purposes indicated under legislation relative to Anti-recycling and Anti-terrorism. Anti-recycling legislation requires all professional figures to communicate any suspect operations as determined by indicators of anomalous activity, such as, for example, the refusal on the part of a client to provide such information specified under the legislation in question.
All data collected by AKIRA are continuously updated and saved on electronic and/or paper supports in compliance with the Security Measures stipulated under Leg. Dec. No 196/2003. The Data will be processed using logical systems strictly correlated for the purposes indicated below and in any case in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of such data.
OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA CONFERRAL
Data conferral is obligatory in so far as it is necessary to comply with contractual obligations and/or those of a Legal or Fiscal nature.
CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
It is hereby specified that Data Conferral is obligatory in order to establish and maintain any contractual relationship.
Should such Data Conferral be refused, we will be unable to proceed with implementation of the Contract, as is also mandatory for compliance with Legal and Fiscal requirements.
Data provided may become the knowledge of the holder, managers and staff members responsible for data treatment.
Such data, unless in anonymous and aggregate form, will not be diffused.
Personal Data may be communicated externally for management and accounting purposes and/or to comply with Legal requirements.
Data communicated to us will be treated exclusively by internal personnel responsible for data treatment or by external entities with whom we have such relationships essential to the fulfilment of our professional activities or with whom we are obliged to do so by Law, who have been specifically mandated and for such time as is necessary for the purposes for which such data have been collected.

Data essential to a consultancy contract relationship
The personal data supplied by the Client shall be used by AKIRA to fulfil the obligations inherent to its mandate as a fiscal, accountancy, corporate and legal consultant; such mandate includes the drawing up of all deeds, documents and declarations necessary to comply with the requirements stipulated under Civil and Fiscal Legislation, relative to the individual and such activities carried out by them (for example purposes but not exclusively: the preparation and electronic transmission of income tax returns, the preparation and electronic transmission of Chamber of Commerce documents, contracts of any nature, Treasury or Land Registry surveys, the keeping of registers or account ledgers, etc ) and in order to fulfil any further request which may be made by the Client.

The optional, explicit or voluntary provision of an email address to AKIRA will entail the subsequent acquisition of such senders address, essential in order to reply to requests and any further personal data which may be contained in such missive.
Data provided voluntarily by Client by means of Newsletter subscription
The optional or voluntary subscription to the AKIRA newsletter will entail the subsequent acquisition of such senders address, his name and will enable the Studio to send periodic Newsletters.
Anonymous Navigation Data
The informatics systems and software procedures required in the function of the website acquire in the course of their normal function some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data constitute information which are not collected in order to be associated with specific interests, but which, by their intrinsic nature, may, by means of processing and association with data held by Third Parties, enable the identification of such Users.
